COVID-19 Advice and Resources

These pages were last updated on 16 June at 13.15

England is now in step 3 of the government’s roadmap. This means:

  • You should continue to work from home if you can.
  • You must wear a face covering in many indoor settings, such as shops and places of worship, and on public transport, unless you are exempt or have a reasonable excuse.
  • You can meet indoors with up to six people from any number of households, or any number of people from no more than two households.
We are receiving an unprecedented number of telephone calls and emails. Given the huge implications for our members, their family and friends, we have created these pages as a ‘one stop’ point for information about COVID-19. We will update this page, and the links below, regularly so please keep checking back.

Our branch office is closed to visitors. Most of our staff and officers will be working from home. We are still taking telephone calls and responding to emails but we would prefer you to contact us using our online contact form if you can. Please also check these pages first to see if we have already answered your question(s).
