Today we have received news of another branch member who has secured a £9,500 pay-out following an accident at work. Our member was working as a minibus driver when he was injured..
Our member, supported by the branch and our legal partners, Thompsons Solicitors, secured an out-of-court settlement of £9,500. Because the case was taken on by us and Thompsons, our member will keep 100% of the compensation.
